Come take part in a tradition dating back to the ancient Greeks and enjoy some of the most sumptuous oysters on the Mississippi Gulf Coast at the elegant oyster bar at Butler‘s Bar and Lounge, connected to the equally sophisticated Scarlet’s Steaks and Seafood at the Scarlet Peal Casino Resort.

If you’re not in the mood for oysters, Butler’s also serves other seafood appetizers, steak and burger sliders, specialty cocktails, domestic and import beers, and maintains a fully stocked liquor bar.

Take a break from the casino floor Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5PM to 9PM or Friday and Saturday from 5PM to 10PM in our stately surroundings with delicious food and drinks.

Butler's Lemon Drop Martini Butler's own limoncello, vodka and fresh citrus in a chilled, sugar-rimmed glass.
Select Flavors Available: Cherry, Strawberry, Fresh Blueberry, Pomegranate, Mango, Peach or Raspberry.
Scoundrel's Luck Changer Crown Royal Regal apple, peach Schnapps, cranberry and lemon
Cucumber Basil Temptress Refreshing blend of Pearl Cucumber vodka, fresh lime juice and basil.
Morphing Scarlettini Slightly sweet blend of Pearl Pomegranate vodka, orange liqueur and a frozen cranberry pearl.
Pearl Twist Pear vodka, limoncello, Absolute vanilla vodka and lemon.
Mango Crush Layered martini made with Mango Malibu, Tito's vodka, pineapple juice, and fresh strawberry purée.

Blue Crab Claws Fresh Gulf Coast favorites marinated in garlic, Old Bay. Sautéed or fried.
1/4 Pound or Half Pound
Royal Red Shrimp - 4 The crowned jewel of shrimp, lemon wedge and spicy cocktail sauce.
Ultimate Sampler 6 oysters (your choice), 1/2 pound of royal red shrimp and a 1/4 pound of blue crab claws. Cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon wedge, mignonette sauce.
Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters
Sliders Hand-selected and aged ground Brisket, Chuck and Sirloin. Truffle aioli, lettuce, and Heirloom cherry tomato, and cheese.
Lobster Corn Dog Halved lobster tail dipped in corn dog batter, deep fried to a golden brown. Garnished with tarragon crème fresh.
Shrimp On The Barbie Grilled shrimp dusted in house made dry rub, served with secret comeback sauce.
Prime Rib Slider Caramelized onions, peppers and mushrooms rolled in shaved Prime Rib. Topped with herbed jus. Spicey cole slaw and Heirloom cherry tomato.
Seafood Potato Skin Fried house potato skins, topped with crab, crawfish, shrimp, potato. Garnished with ultimate cheddar cheese sauce, sour cream. Siracha ranch dipping sauce.
