Wristbands are required at the pool deck at all times. For the safety of our guests, the Garden Oasis Pool may close during inclement weather. Please contact the Call Center at 888-752-9772 for closures and updates.

At this time, Garden Oasis Pool access is available to hotel guests and EIP/Scarlet tier cardholders.

Maximum occupancy for cabanas is limited to six (6) people. Animals, glass containers, coolers, and/or outside food and beverage are prohibited in the pool area. Food and beverage purchased within the hotel are permitted with valid proof of purchase. Guest items may be inspected prior to entering the pool or during Security walk-throughs. Cabana prices may vary based on seasonality and holidays. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. *Guests must be 21+ and must present a valid state-issued ID to order and/or consume alcohol. Scarlet Pearl may temporarily close swimming, lounging, food & beverage services, entertainment, and other outdoor services for inclement weather such as rain or lightning. No refunds or rainchecks.
