2024 TIER BENEFITS

Must be an active Scarlet Pearl Rewards Member. Pearl Reward Accounts will be purged of all Tier Points, Slot Points and Comp Dollars on the first day of the 7th month of zero activity in account. It is the guest’s responsibility to secure their PIN number. PIN numbers should not be shared. Accounts and their respective offers are the responsibility of each guest based on management discretion. Should offers be used by another guest whom PIN was shared by account owner, offers will not be added back to the account. Tier level must be reached within the Loyalty Program term January 5-July 4 and July 5-January 4 for all Tiers except EIP. EIP must maintain 150,000 Tier Points Quarterly to maintain benefits the following quarter. Earning 150,000 Tier Points in current quarter guarantees guest EIP for following quarter. Guests may not be upgraded immediately upon reaching 150,000 Tier Points. If 150,000 Tier Points are not achieved Quarterly, Member will be moved to Scarlet for the respective Quarter. New Card with current year must be presented to receive benefits. EIP Tier guests receive Scarlet Tier Benefits in addition to EIP. Aspiration bonuses earned as listed for every 1,000,000 Tier Points. Aspiration bonus may be adjusted as Slot Points which are converted to Free Slot Play if system transfer of Free Slot Play is not available. Tier Points adjusted through marketing promotions or manual entry may not qualify or be included toward Threshold Bonuses. Mississippi State Prize Tax of 3% paid on cash prizes over $600 only and those paid on a 1099. Jackpot winnings are paid on a W2G and are not considered a prize. Consolation prize awarded to 9 consolation winners drawn where applicable and claimed a Free Slot Play prize, Grand Prize winner not eligible for consolation prize. EIP Tier members receive $200 voucher valid for multiple services in one visit monthly during term. Offers may not cross over months or be combined for one-time use. Reprints after the last day of the respective month are not permitted. Guests are solely responsible for any salon late cancellation fees based on salon partner’s policy. Cancellations inside of 24 hours will have voucher voided and voucher amount deducted from Comps dollars. Comps redeemed at external venues will be deducted from Comp Dollars at a $2 Comp Dollars for $1 external cost ratio. Rounds of Golf at The Oaks Golf Course or Shell Landing are based on Tier. Scarlet Tier guests in good standing receive a round of Golf for 2 monthly for term. Voucher must be printed prior to receiving any partner benefits. Guests who are active EIP receive a Free round of Golf for 4 each month during the respective Quarter. Rounds cannot be split or separately redeemed. EIP Annual dinner can be used within Year EIP earned. Tier status is based on management discretion and must remain an active member. Tier benefits are based on availability and hours of operation. Certain benefits may be based on play. Tier Points are of no value and are simply used to maneuver guests thru Tiers. Partnering Resorts may require previous years play to qualify for current year visit to remain complimentary, otherwise a discounted rate will be offered.
