DEPOSITS AND CREDIT CARDS

A major Credit or Debit Card is required for an incidental deposit in the amount of $100 per stay, at the time of booking. Deposits will be released within 24 hours of departure, less any pending balances and/or damages. Depending on your financial institution, it may take between 3–10 business days for a credit/refund to appear. Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort will not be responsible for holds or overdraft fees associated with using a debit card. For cash rooms, a deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking.

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancelation: Reservations booked using the Non-Refundable discount will have the entire stay charged at the time of booking. Changes of any kind are not permitted. A cancelation or not showing for the reservation will result in the default of the cost of the entire stay. For complimentary rooms, canceling your reservation after 11:59PM (local hotel time) 3 days prior to the check-in date, or failing to show, will result in a charge of $50 to your credit card. Taxes may apply. For cash paying rooms, with the exception of the Non-Refundable discount, canceling your reservation after 11:59PM (local hotel time) 3 days prior to the check-in date, or failing to show, will result in the forfeiture of the first night’s deposit. All credit cards found to have insufficient funds 48 hours prior to day of check-in will result in a cancelation. Failing to call or show before 11:59PM on the day of arrival will result in cancelation of the entire reservation. Cash bookings will be charged immediately and in the event of card decline, the reservation will be canceled.

PEARL REWARDS OFFERS

To redeem a Pearl Rewards hotel offer, the primary Pearl Rewards customer on the account must be present at check-in with valid photo ID and valid credit card and Pearl Rewards card that match the name on the hotel reservation. Should a companion arrive prior to the individual with the hotel reservation, the companion will not be able to check-in but will have the option to book a separate reservation until the arrival of the primary Pearl Rewards customer. Upon the arrival of the individual with the original reservation, they will be added to the new reservation and honor the original rates booked.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-In time begins at 4:00PM and Check-Out time is 11:00AM. Early check-ins will be granted based on availability. In the event a room is not ready, the Hotel will notify the guest when a room has been cleaned and inspected by Housekeeping. Guests checking out after 11AM without prior authorization will be subject to a fee of $50 per hour until 2PM. Guests checking out after 2PM will be charged one night’s room and tax at the Best Available Rate. No Hidden Resort Fees.

LATE ARRIVALS

Comped rooms or rooms held with a major debit/credit card will be guaranteed until 11:59PM on the night of arrival. For guests arriving later than 11:59PM, please contact the Hotel directly at 1-855-200-5903.

ROOM PREFERENCES

We will make every effort to fulfill your preference requests; however they are not guaranteed, as rooms are assigned at check-in. Additional charges may apply for some requests. For accommodation preferences for the physically challenged, please call us at 1-855-200-5903.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Patrons must be 21 years or older to reserve and check-in to the hotel.

ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES

Maximum occupancy is four persons per room. Any instances in over occupancy may result in eviction from Hotel. Minors must be with an adult at all times. Should a minor be left unaccompanied, law enforcement will be contacted.

PET POLICY

Pet friendly rooms available upon request. Please call for availability. Service Animals are welcome, provided they follow the guidelines published at (FAQ on Service Animals for Hotels).

HOTEL VOICEMAILS

All Hotel Rooms now offer voicemail capabilities. Flashing red light indicates voicemail waiting. Once checked out of room, all voicemails during entirety of stay will be deleted for guests’ privacy.

ROOM DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS

Upon check-out, all rooms will be inspected by Housekeeping. Should an item be missing or damaged, the Hotel will charge the primary guest for replacement or repair. For rooms requiring an excessive clean, a minimum of $250 will be charged. For smoking in a non-smoking room, the Hotel will charge the primary guest a minimum of $500.
