HOTEL POLICIES
DEPOSITS AND CREDIT CARDS
For complimentary offers, a valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. An incidental deposit of $100 per stay will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. If we are unable to secure the $100 deposit the reservation will be cancelled. Deposits will be released within 24 hours of departure, less pending balances and/or damages. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3–10 business days for the credit to appear. Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort is not responsible for holds or overdraft fees associated with using a debit card. For cash rooms, a deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. All deposits on the reservation must be on a credit/debit card in the primary guest’s name.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For complimentary rooms, canceling your reservation within 48 hours of the arrival date, or failing to show, will result in a charge of $100 plus applicable tax. For cash rooms, canceling your reservation within 48 hours of the arrival date, or failing to show, will result in the forfeiture of the first night’s deposit. All credit cards found to have insufficient funds 48 hours prior to the day of check-in will result in cancellation. Failing to call or show before 11:59 PM on the day of arrival will result in the cancellation of the entire reservation.
PEARL REWARDS OFFERS
The primary Pearl Rewards guest on the reservation must present a valid non-expired ID, a valid credit/debit card, and their Pearl Rewards card at check-in that match the name on the hotel reservation. If additional guests listed on the reservation arrive prior to the primary guest, they will not be able to check-in. The primary guest must be present. Offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, not retroactive, and cannot be combined. Any violations will result in Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort removing all offers from a guest account.Â
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins will be granted based on room availability and are not guaranteed. Guests checking out after 11 AM without prior approval will be subject to a fee of $50 per hour until 2 PM. Guests checking out after 2 PM will be charged one night’s room and tax. Only the primary guest on the reservation is authorized to check-in. Additional guests cannot check-in without the primary guest present. The primary guest must be present at the front desk if additional guests arrive or are added after the primary guest has checked in. All guests 18 and older must show a valid non-expired ID upon check-in and to access the guest elevators.
LATE ARRIVALS
Reservations held with a deposit, or a valid credit/debit card will be guaranteed until 11:59 PM on the night of arrival. For guests arriving later than 11:59 PM, please contact the Hotel directly at 1-888-752-9772.
ROOM PREFERENCES
We will make every effort to fulfill your room type preference. However, room requests are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply. For ADA accommodation requests, please call us at 1-888-752-9772.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Patrons must be 21 years or older to reserve and check-in to the hotel.
ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES
The primary guest must be physically present prior to any additional guests being added to a reservation or given access to a guest room. Maximum occupancy is four persons per room. Any instances in over-occupancy may result in eviction from the Hotel. All guests must show a valid non-expired ID to access the guest elevators. Minors must be always with an adult. Should a minor be left unaccompanied, law enforcement will be contacted.Â
PET POLICY

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service Animals are welcome, provided they follow the guidelines published at (FAQ on Service Animals for Hotels). There is no fee for service animals. Kennels, dog bowls, and puppy pads are available upon request. Click here to review the full Pet/Service Animal Agreement Form.Â
VOICEMAIL
All guest rooms phones are equipped with voicemail. A flashing red light indicates a voicemail is waiting. All voicemails are automatically deleted at checkout for guest privacy.
ROOM DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS
All rooms are inspected after checkout. Should an item be missing or damaged, the primary guest will be charged for replacement or repair. A minimum $250 fee will be charged for rooms requiring an extensive deep cleaning and a $500 fee for smoking in a non-smoking room.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
We do not provide daily cleaning service. However, our team is on standby to assist with and deliver any additional in room amenities, linens, and/or towels.
COOLER/ICE CHEST POLICY
Coolers/ice chests are not permitted on property except for medical coolers no larger than 5 quarts. All guest rooms are equipped with refrigerators for your convenience. If you have special medical circumstances, please contact us prior to your arrival.
LOST AND FOUND
If you lose or leave an item during your stay, please call our lost and found department directly at 1-228-271-3499. Shipping and handling fees apply for any items mailed back. Shipping and handling fees waived for EIP and Scarlet Tier Players. Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort is not responsible for any items left or lost while on property. Â
CASINO POLICIES
AGE REQUIREMENT
By Law, the minimum age for gambling in the state of Mississippi is 21. Minors are allowed to visit the restaurants in the casino accompanied by an adult. However, the adult and minor(s) must check in with the security ambassador at the casino entrance to receive the Underage Advisement Card and be wrist banded signifying they are a minor. Minors may not stop on the casino floor for any reason and must be escorted by the adult directly to the restaurant. Minors are never to be left unaccompanied for any reason. Violators are subject to fines and arrest. Â
APPEARANCE POLICY
Midriffs on both men and women may not be exposed. Undergarments for both men and women are not to be visible, and pants should not be sagging exposing undergarments. Shoes and a shirt are always required. Men are not allowed to wear sleeveless undershirts or tank tops. Any articles of clothing or hats with derogatory or offensive slogans or photos are not allowed. Women swimwear is not allowed unless sufficiently covered and not revealing. Face coverings, hats, or any articles of clothing, which may include sunglasses, that conceal a person’s identity are allowed. However, guests will be asked to remove the items or lower face coverings for identity purposes prior to entering. Guests may also be asked to remove these items at any time while on the gaming floor. Hoodies are allowed with the hood down. Security management reserves the right to exercise discretion and refuse entry to anyone who does not comply.
PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING
Photography and/or filming of any kind on the casino floor is strictly prohibited.

VALET/SELF PARKING
Complimentary Valet Parking is available 24/7 at the Hotel/Casino entrance under the porte-cochere. Self-parking is also available in our convenient parking garage or outdoor surface parking lot.
NO LOITERING
Loitering, including viewing of fireworks and aerial shows, is strictly prohibited.
